A slow, nurturing restorative practice designed as a sacred pause to turn inward. This class offers gentle support through restful postures, inviting deep relaxation and mindful stillness. It’s an opportunity to slow down, listen to your body’s wisdom, and cultivate inner calm.

Nervous System Reset & Self- Compassion Workshop
Each session of this 4-week workshop begins with setting a clear intention and moves through a mindful blend of vinyasa flow and intentional postures designed to release held tension and support nervous system regulation. Rooted in somatic awareness, this workshop offers a safe and nurturing space to reconnect with your body’s intelligence. Together, we cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and deeper embodiment. Classes close with journaling prompts to extend your reflection and healing beyond the mat. Open to all levels ready to explore with curiosity and care
Navigating Anxiety and Depression
This nurturing 4-week workshop invites gentle movement, breath exploration, and mindful reflection to support those navigating anxiety and depression. Participants will discover practical tools to soothe the nervous system, cultivate grounding, and foster a steady inner calm. Through embodied practices and thoughtful journaling, the experience creates space to reconnect with the body’s wisdom, build emotional resilience, and deepen self-compassion. Designed for all levels, this series offers a kind, safe container for gentle healing and renewal.
